• Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth research to identify emerging market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behaviors, ensuring NextEra remains at the forefront of industry innovation.
• Data-Driven Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive marketing reports and interactive dashboards to track KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and ROI, providing clear insights for strategic decision-making.
• Content Performance Analysis: Evaluate the performance of digital content—including email campaigns, paid advertisements, and website interactions—to refine messaging and improve audience engagement.
• CRM and Lead Management: Collaborate with CRM tools to streamline lead tracking, nurture client relationships, and support the sales team with targeted outreach strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for data, creativity, and strategic thinking. To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
• Up to 3 years of experience in marketing, digital analytics, or a related discipline (internships and freelance projects will be considered).
• Proven proficiency with digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
