Core Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a comprehensive spectrum of activities designed to maximize the value of Radiometer’s diagnostic solutions:

• Pre-Sales and Commercial Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to the sales team, delivering compelling demonstrations and tailored solutions that highlight the clinical, operational, and technical advantages of Radiometer’s portfolio. Engage with customers to address complex inquiries, refine product positioning, and differentiate Radiometer from competitors. Collaborate with business leaders to align strategies with evolving customer needs, ensuring seamless transitions from opportunity to sale.
• Clinical Training and User Empowerment: Assess and address training gaps to ensure end-users—including clinicians, laboratory staff, and biomedical teams—fully grasp the functionality, maintenance, and clinical interpretation of Radiometer’s solutions. Develop and deliver engaging training programs, leveraging presentations, hands-on demonstrations, and practical guides to foster confidence and proficiency. Validate user competency and mitigate errors through continuous education, ultimately enhancing the reliability and accuracy of diagnostic outcomes.
• Validation and Implementation Excellence: Lead customers through critical phases of installation verification and validation, ensuring adherence to quality control and compliance standards. Prepare and execute validation protocols, review results, and obtain sign-offs to confirm system readiness. Work closely with IT and service teams to troubleshoot technical challenges and configure systems for optimal performance, setting the stage for a successful go-live.
• Proactive Troubleshooting and Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, diagnosing and resolving application-related issues across instruments, sampling devices, middleware, and workflows. Conduct root cause analyses to implement lasting solutions and escalate service issues as needed. Educate customers on best practices to prevent recurring problems, reinforcing the integrity of Radiometer’s diagnostic ecosystem.
• Post-Go-Live Engagement and Retention: Maintain long-term relationships with customers through follow-up visits and performance reviews, gathering feedback to identify areas for improvement. Address training needs, resolve operational challenges, and uncover opportunities for upselling or cross-selling within existing accounts. Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders—including clinicians, laboratory managers, and IT leaders—to ensure sustained customer loyalty and advocacy.
• Regional Market Influence: Drive regional product adoption by leading application-focused initiatives and fostering relationships with major accounts. Capture and disseminate customer insights to internal teams, informing product development, marketing strategies, and business growth initiatives.
