Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will:

• Develop and refine high-performance computer vision models for image and video analysis, including object detection, classification, segmentation, and tracking, ensuring they meet production-grade standards.
• Leverage deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow to build and optimize convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and modern architectures, pushing the boundaries of AI accuracy and efficiency.
• Curate and manage high-quality datasets, performing data cleaning, labeling, and augmentation to enhance model training and performance.
• Optimize models for GPU acceleration, inference speed, and scalability, ensuring seamless integration into production environments.
• Deploy AI solutions using containerized services and APIs, ensuring seamless integration with broader AI and analytics platforms.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions that address real-world challenges.
• Maintain rigorous documentation and uphold code quality standards, ensuring reproducibility and maintainability of AI systems.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior AI Engineer with:

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in AI, machine learning, or deep learning, with a specialized focus on computer vision.
• A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation in AI and machine learning.
• Proficient knowledge of computer vision concepts, algorithms, and modern architectures, including CNNs and frameworks like YOLO or Detectron2.
• Expertise in Python and familiarity with key ML/CV libraries, including OpenCV, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, to build and deploy robust AI models.
• Experience deploying models in cloud or on-premises environments, with a basic understanding of MLOps practices and Docker.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

• Experience with video analytics or real-time inference systems, enabling you to tackle complex, time-sensitive applications.
• Exposure to Vision Transformers or multimodal AI, broadening your expertise in emerging AI paradigms.
• Hands-on experience with GPU-based training and inference, optimizing performance for large-scale deployments.
