Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with regulatory standards. Provide senior management with actionable insights to inform critical business decisions.
• Project and Cost Management: Oversee project-based financial controls, monitoring profitability, revenue streams, and expense management to optimize operational efficiency and maximize returns.
• Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure full compliance with Saudi financial regulations, including ZATCA, VAT, and tax obligations. Collaborate with external auditors, banks, and government authorities to maintain seamless financial governance.
• Internal Controls and Policy Development: Establish and enforce robust internal controls, financial policies, and procedures to mitigate risks and enhance operational integrity.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing financial analysis, recommendations, and guidance to drive informed, forward-thinking business strategies.
• Financial Operations Management: Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities with precision, ensuring timely and accurate financial processing.
• Cash Flow and Working Capital Optimization: Monitor and optimize cash flow, banking relationships, and financing facilities to maintain healthy working capital and liquidity.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess:

• A **Bachelor’s Degree** in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, complemented by a **minimum of 10 years of progressive financial experience**, with a strong managerial focus.
• Proven expertise in **contracting, construction, engineering, or project-based industries**, where financial oversight and strategic planning are critical.
• Deep knowledge of **budgeting, cash flow management, project costing, financial reporting, and cost control** methodologies.
