Develop and execute financial strategies in collaboration with the Head of Rental to drive operational efficiency and profitability.
• Strategic Fleet Optimization: Leverage financial insights to assess vehicle utilization, fleet performance, and operational costs. Identify actionable opportunities to enhance fleet efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize asset productivity without compromising service quality.
• Profitability and Pricing Excellence: Review and refine project pricing models to ensure alignment with target margins. Conduct profitability analyses to inform strategic pricing decisions that balance competitiveness with revenue goals.
• Data-Driven Decision Support: Prepare comprehensive performance reports and dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights for leadership. Highlight key trends, variances, and opportunities for continuous improvement to guide data-backed decision-making.
• Operational Efficiency and Cost Control: Evaluate manpower requirements and productivity metrics to optimize resource allocation. Monitor operational costs across the fleet to identify cost-saving initiatives that enhance financial performance.
• Compliance and Process Leadership: Ensure strict adherence to financial policies, regulatory standards, and internal procedures. Drive process improvements that enhance accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in financial reporting and operations.

What We’re Looking For
