Key Responsibilities

As the **Accountant**, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Daily Financial Transactions: Record, review, and process daily accounting transactions with meticulous accuracy, ensuring all entries align with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Supplier Invoice Management: Thoroughly review supplier invoices to verify completeness, accuracy, and compliance with supporting documentation, mitigating risks of discrepancies or errors.
• Accounts Reconciliation: Maintain and reconcile supplier accounts proactively, identifying and resolving outstanding balances to ensure financial clarity and operational efficiency.
• Payment Processing: Prepare and follow up on supplier payments in strict adherence to established company procedures, optimizing cash flow and vendor relationships.
• Strategic Support: Collaborate closely with the Finance team to assist in accounting and reporting activities, contributing to financial analysis, forecasting, and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: Hold a **Bachelor’s degree in Accounting** or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in financial principles and practices.
• Professional Experience: Bring **1–2 years of relevant accounting experience**, with a preference for prior exposure to **Accounts Payable** processes to ensure a smooth transition into this role.
• Technical Proficiency: Possess a **strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel**, including advanced functions, data analysis, and reporting tools, to efficiently manage financial data.
