Key Responsibilities

As the Financial Controller, your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of financial leadership, including:

• Financial Reporting & Compliance: Lead and oversee month-end closing processes with unwavering adherence to IFRS and global corporate standards, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements. Drive account reconciliations, accruals, provisions, and internal controls to maintain financial integrity and audit readiness.
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA): Champion our financial planning and analysis initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and advanced financial modeling. Develop and present comprehensive business performance reports and interactive dashboards tailored for regional and global leadership, enabling informed strategic decisions.
• Strategic Decision Support: Provide deep financial insights, transaction reviews, and commercial analysis to support business divisions in achieving operational and financial objectives. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable strategies.
• Internal Controls & Governance: Strengthen and implement robust internal financial controls, ensuring alignment with corporate governance requirements. Maintain vigilance in audit preparedness and risk management to safeguard our financial operations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with local VAT and tax declaration regulations, mitigating risks and optimizing tax efficiencies across multi-country territories.
• Global Expansion Support: Play a key role in scaling our financial operations as we expand into new markets, driving standardization, efficiency, and scalability in financial processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

We are seeking a distinguished candidate with the following qualifications:

• Nationality: Saudi Nationality is mandatory for this position.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, CMA, or ACCA certification is highly preferred and will be a significant advantage.
• Experience: 6–10 years of progressive experience in financial controlling, financial planning and analysis (FPA), or corporate finance within multinational enterprises. Proven expertise in leading financial operations in complex, cross-border environments is essential.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of IFRS, internal control systems, and local financial regulatory requirements. Hands-on experience with SAP, Hyperion, or equivalent ERP systems is a strong plus.
• Analytical & Reporting Skills: Solid experience in financial modeling, data analysis, and management reporting, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from financial data.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Arabic and English for seamless professional communication in diverse business settings.
