We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from SAR 7,000 to SAR 10,000 per month, depending on your experience, along with performance-based commissions and equity to align your success with the company’s growth. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will drive outbound prospecting efforts to generate high-quality meetings for our enterprise sales team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting targeted outreach through LinkedIn, email, and phone to engage with key decision-makers at KSA-based e-commerce and retail brands.
• Researching target accounts meticulously to identify the most relevant contacts and crafting personalized, compelling outreach messages that resonate.
• Collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure pipeline activity is aligned with our strategic objectives and GTM initiatives.
• Tracking and managing all prospecting activities and pipeline progress within our CRM system to maintain visibility and accountability.

What You Bring to the Table

We are looking for a proactive, results-driven individual with a strong foundation in outbound sales and the confidence to engage with prospects over the phone. Ideal candidates will:

• Be based in Riyadh, KSA, to facilitate seamless integration into our local and regional operations.
• Possess fluency in both Arabic and English, enabling effective communication with a diverse range of stakeholders.
