Your Opportunity: Shape Alan’s Presence in Saudi Arabia

As Alan’s inaugural Marketing Generalist in Saudi Arabia, you will play a pivotal role in establishing our brand as a trusted and indispensable partner in the region. This is not just a job—it’s a chance to craft a strategic roadmap from the ground up, blending global expertise with local insight to build Alan’s reputation in one of the most dynamic markets in the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will be dynamic, blending strategic vision with hands-on execution. You will collaborate closely with the Saudi General Manager to:

• Develop and Execute Comprehensive Go-To-Market Strategies: Create annual, quarterly, and monthly plans tailored to the Saudi market, ensuring alignment with global initiatives while addressing local nuances. Your ability to prioritize ruthlessly will be critical as we build awareness and trust from the outset.
• Elevate Brand and Communications: Own Alan’s brand presence in Saudi, ensuring our messaging resonates deeply with local audiences. Adapt global campaigns into culturally relevant narratives, leveraging Arabic-language content and local moments to position Alan as a forward-thinking leader in health and employee benefits.
• Lead Organic Social Media Initiatives: Define Alan Saudi’s social voice and editorial pillars, focusing on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to engage both B2B and employer-brand audiences. Your content should reflect our global frameworks while being locally driven and impactful.
• Drive Public Relations and Media Engagement: Coordinate media opportunities, press releases, and thought leadership initiatives to position Alan as a credible voice in Saudi’s health and employee-benefits conversations. Your storytelling and copywriting skills will be instrumental in shaping our narrative.
• Optimize Content and SEO/GEO Strategies: Build and maintain Alan’s Saudi website presence, ensuring it aligns with local SEO and geographic priorities. Develop and prioritize content—including blogs, videos, and social posts—that enhances organic search visibility and brand awareness.
• Transform Events into Growth Opportunities: Design repeatable event formats that extend beyond the event itself. Support logistics, registration, and follow-up communications, while turning event insights into actionable content and sales leads.
