Key Responsibilities:

You will play a critical role in the following areas:

• Clinical Education & Training: Deliver comprehensive training programs to clinicians, nurses, and laboratory staff on the proper use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Radiometer’s PoC and Blood Gas analyzers. Develop tailored educational materials to ensure seamless adoption of our technology in clinical workflows.
• Technical Support & Consultation: Provide hands-on technical assistance to healthcare providers, addressing complex queries related to system operation, calibration, and diagnostic accuracy. Collaborate with medical teams to optimize the integration of our solutions into existing PoC and laboratory environments.
• Market & Product Advocacy: Act as a subject matter expert, representing Radiometer at medical conferences, symposiums, and healthcare forums. Engage with key stakeholders to showcase the clinical benefits of our PoC and Blood Gas technologies, fostering long-term partnerships and trust.
• Regulatory & Compliance Expertise: Ensure adherence to international and regional healthcare regulations, including but not limited to ISO standards and local clinical guidelines. Stay abreast of evolving best practices in PoC diagnostics to align our solutions with the highest standards of patient care.
• Solution Implementation: Lead on-site assessments to evaluate the feasibility of deploying Radiometer’s systems in new healthcare facilities. Work closely with IT and clinical teams to ensure smooth implementation, minimizing downtime and maximizing system performance.
