As an Operative in our state-of-the-art Distribution Center, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient handling, sorting, and dispatch of products to meet the demands of our retail operations. Your responsibilities will span a range of critical tasks, including order processing, inventory management, and warehouse logistics, all while adhering to the highest standards of accuracy and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming goods, ensuring compliance with inventory management protocols.
• Efficiently process and prepare orders for dispatch, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to facilitate the movement of goods within the facility.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and audits to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve operational challenges and enhance workflow efficiency.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of vehicles, ensuring timely and secure transportation of goods.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, distribution, or a related field—preferably within a retail or logistics environment.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that may require standing, lifting, bending, or repetitive movements.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in order processing and inventory management.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Fluency in Arabic is advantageous, though English proficiency is essential for daily operations.
• Certification in forklift operation or a willingness to obtain one is highly preferred.
