Key Responsibilities

At the core of this role, you will:

• Lead the Annual Budgeting Cycle and Rolling Forecasts: Oversee the development, refinement, and execution of the annual budget, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals while maintaining flexibility for dynamic market conditions.
• Drive Budget-Versus-Actual Variance Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify variances between budgeted and actual performance, providing data-backed recommendations to optimize financial health and operational efficiency.
• Prepare Executive and Board-Level Reports: Develop comprehensive, insightful financial reports tailored for senior leadership and the board, ensuring transparency and enabling strategic decision-making at the highest levels.
• Build Advanced Financial Models: Design sophisticated financial models to support critical investment decisions, expansion initiatives, and long-term financial planning, leveraging data to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
• Align Finance Stakeholders: Foster collaboration across finance teams and business units to establish a cohesive planning methodology, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Develop Key Financial Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Dashboards: Create and maintain performance dashboards and KPIs that provide real-time visibility into financial health, enabling proactive management and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record in financial planning and analysis, coupled with a leadership mindset. Ideal candidates will possess:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Advanced certifications such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or a Master of Business Administration (MBA) are highly preferred.
• Experience: Eight to twelve years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong emphasis on supervisory and leadership roles. Experience working within a multi-entity group structure is a significant advantage, demonstrating your ability to manage complex financial landscapes.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and business intelligence tools such as Power Business Intelligence (Power BI) is essential. Familiarity with industry-standard financial modeling and reporting tools will further enhance your effectiveness in this role.
