As the backbone of Tamam Finance’s ERP ecosystem, you will ensure system reliability, data integrity, and optimal performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows, streamline processes, and align technology with evolving business needs. Your work will directly impact financial operations, procurement, supply chain management, and human capital—positioning you at the heart of organizational growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will span system administration, technical support, development, integrations, and governance, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks such as SAMA and PDPL:

• System Administration & Monitoring: Oversee the end-to-end management of Oracle Fusion ERP, including Financials, Procurement, HCM, and SCM modules. Monitor system health, integrations, ESS jobs, performance metrics, and security protocols. Administer user roles, access controls, and workflows while conducting quarterly patch assessments, regression testing, and environment validations to maintain operational stability.
• Functional & Technical Support: Provide L2/L3 support to Finance, HR, Procurement, and Operations teams, troubleshooting complex configurations, integrations, and data issues. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including SOPs, RCA reports, and knowledge articles, to ensure seamless troubleshooting and continuous improvement. Support UAT, SIT phases, and deployments of new enhancements while maintaining alignment with business objectives.
• Development & Customization: Design and develop advanced analytics using OTBI dashboards and BI Publisher reports, including bursting logic for automated reporting. Build and maintain FBDI/ADFdi templates, HDL scripts, and HCM Extracts to support data migration and transformation. Implement Page Composer personalizations and UI customizations to enhance user experience while developing and optimizing BPM workflows and approval rules. Maintain Fast Formulas for critical payroll, absence, and benefits processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Integrations & API Management: Architect and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), leveraging REST, SOAP, and file-based solutions to connect ERP systems with internal platforms. Manage secure B2B file transfers and monitor integration tracing, failures, and performance to ensure seamless data flow. Collaborate with IT teams to enhance system interoperability and reduce manual intervention.
• Data Management & Compliance: Execute data loads using FBDI, HDL, and ADFdi tools while supporting data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities. Ensure audit readiness for SAMA, internal audits, PDPL, and compliance requirements by maintaining accurate data retention policies and access logging. Act as a trusted advisor to governance teams, providing insights to mitigate risks and enhance data governance frameworks.
• Governance, Security & Compliance: Enforce Oracle’s Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles to mitigate security risks. Support internal and external audit activities for ERP-related controls, ensuring adherence to SAMA Cybersecurity Framework and PDPL regulations. Maintain comprehensive audit evidence and periodic access review documentation to uphold regulatory standards.
• Continuous Improvement & Strategic Initiatives: Drive Tamam Finance’s digital transformation roadmap by collaborating with Finance, HR, and Operations teams to optimize Oracle workflows. Champion automation initiatives using OIC, analytics, and BPM workflows to reduce operational bottlenecks. Participate in strategic planning, roadmap reviews, and quarterly business alignment sessions to align technology with long-term organizational goals.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you will bring a robust blend of technical proficiency, industry experience, and a passion for innovation:

• Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required. Candidates should possess 3–8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion ERP administration and development, with a proven track record in managing multi-module ERP environments and supporting quarterly updates. Familiarity with fintech or financial services industries is a significant advantage.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, and ADFdi tools is essential. Experience with OIC integrations (REST, SOAP, file-based), BPM workflows, HDL, and HCM Extracts is highly valued. Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, XML, XSLT, and JSON, along with exposure to version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), and project management tools (Jira), will further enhance your impact.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting abilities are critical, paired with strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
