Key Responsibilities

• Technical Supervision and Compliance: Oversee structural construction activities—including foundations, reinforced concrete, steel structures, precast elements, retaining walls, and temporary works—to ensure strict adherence to approved designs, project specifications, and contractual obligations.
• Quality and Code Enforcement: Conduct rigorous inspections of structural works, verifying compliance with international standards (ACI, AISC, BS, Eurocodes) and local regulations. Review shop drawings, technical submissions, and contractor methodologies to validate constructability and adherence to project requirements.
• Contractor Oversight: Monitor contractor performance, progress, and material quality, ensuring timely execution of structural activities while maintaining alignment with approved schedules and quality control procedures.
• Technical Coordination: Collaborate with civil, architectural, MEP, geotechnical, and specialist teams to resolve interface challenges and maintain seamless project integration. Review method statements, risk assessments, and work procedures to mitigate potential issues proactively.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed inspection reports, site observation records, daily progress updates, and payment certification documentation. Document non-conformances and support the implementation of corrective actions to uphold project standards.
• HSE Leadership: Promote and enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols throughout construction operations, ensuring a secure and compliant work environment.
• Project Handover Support: Assist in snagging, de-snagging, testing, and commissioning activities, ensuring structural integrity and readiness for project handover.

About You

We are seeking a **highly qualified Lead Field Engineer – Structural** with the following qualifications and experience:

• Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. A Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering is a significant advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of **8+ years** of professional experience in structural engineering and construction supervision, with at least **5 years** specifically as a Structural Field Engineer, Structural Site Engineer, or Structural Inspector on major building projects.
• Project Expertise: Proven track record in large-scale developments, including convention centers, hotels, resorts, mixed-use projects, commercial towers, or hospitality infrastructure. Experience in **Site Supervision Consultancy, PMC, or Engineering Consultancy** environments is highly preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of reinforced concrete, structural steel, precast systems, post-tensioning, and foundation construction. Familiarity with international codes (ACI, AISC, BS, Eurocodes) and local Saudi regulations is essential.
• Leadership and Collaboration: Strong ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, resolve technical challenges, and drive compliance with project and regulatory standards.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional analytical skills to review technical documentation, identify risks, and ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols.
