We are seeking a visionary Senior IT Planning and Strategy professional to elevate our strategic IT initiatives, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives and driving sustainable growth through data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities

As the architect of our IT strategy, you will:

• Develop, refine, and execute a forward-thinking IT strategy that aligns with corporate goals, digital transformation priorities, and long-term business objectives, ensuring every initiative delivers measurable value.
• Lead the end-to-end IT planning and budgeting process, including the creation of strategic roadmaps, investment prioritization, and resource allocation to optimize financial and operational outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership, Finance, Procurement, and Enterprise Architecture teams to align IT investments with business needs, fostering cross-functional synergy and maximizing ROI.
• Leverage deep industry insights to evaluate emerging technologies—such as AI, cloud computing, and IoT—identifying high-impact opportunities that drive innovation and competitive advantage.
• Oversee IT portfolio governance, ensuring initiatives are prioritized, monitored, and executed in alignment with strategic objectives while mitigating risks and enhancing agility.
• Establish and track IT KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to provide real-time visibility into technology initiatives, enabling data-backed executive decision-making.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture to ensure seamless integration between technology roadmaps and business capabilities, bridging the gap between vision and execution.
• Conduct in-depth strategic research and deliver actionable recommendations to senior leadership on digital transformation, AI adoption, and cloud migration strategies.
• Prepare and present compelling executive reports, board presentations, and business cases that articulate the strategic value of IT investments to stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence in IT planning, governance, and strategic execution.
• Initiate and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT planning processes, portfolio management, and organizational maturity, ensuring scalability and resilience.

Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for a strategic thinker with:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, complemented by a Master’s degree or professional certification in a relevant discipline (preferred).
• Six or more years of progressive experience in IT strategy, enterprise architecture, PMO, or related fields, with a proven track record in developing and executing IT strategies within large, dynamic organizations.
• Expertise in IT portfolio management, budgeting, and financial planning, with a deep understanding of investment optimization and resource allocation strategies.
• Strong experience in collaborating with executive leadership, presenting strategic recommendations, and influencing decision-making at the highest levels.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a proactive approach to identifying technological trends and innovation opportunities.
• A customer-centric mindset and the ability to translate business needs into actionable IT solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Proven ability to drive change and transformation, leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact results in fast-paced environments.
