As an Electrical Engineer at DACO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Lead the design and development of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems, adhering to local and international standards such as Saudi Electrical Code (SEC) and IEC guidelines.
• Project Execution: Oversee the execution of electrical installations, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to deliver flawless execution.
• Technical Compliance: Ensure all electrical work complies with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and company policies. Conduct regular inspections and audits to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to align electrical solutions with broader project objectives. Provide technical expertise to resolve complex challenges and optimize system performance.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed technical documentation, including blueprints, specifications, and progress reports. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders with clarity and precision.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in electrical engineering. Propose innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes and operational workflows.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in electrical engineering, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Proven expertise in electrical system design, power distribution, and automation systems.
• Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar) and project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
• Deep understanding of Saudi Electrical Code (SEC), IEC standards, and local regulatory frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Saudi national with a valid work permit (if applicable) and eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia.
