Your Impact: Orchestrating Smooth IT Transitions

In this strategic role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of Albawani’s IT Change Management framework, ensuring that every change—from system upgrades to process enhancements—is meticulously planned, executed, and documented. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Mastering the Change Lifecycle: Oversee the entire spectrum of IT change requests, from initial logging and assessment to final closure, ensuring each change is tracked, documented, and aligned with Albawani’s IT governance standards.
• Collaborating Across Teams: Act as a bridge between IT teams and business stakeholders, coordinating change activities to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely execution. Your ability to facilitate communication and resolve conflicts will be instrumental in maintaining smooth workflows.
• Driving Compliance and Accountability: Monitor adherence to IT Change Management policies and governance frameworks, ensuring that all changes adhere to industry best practices and internal regulations. Your vigilance will help mitigate risks and ensure compliance at every stage.
• Empowering Data-Driven Decision Making: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to provide leadership with actionable insights into change management effectiveness.
