Key Responsibilities:

• BIM Coordination & Workflow Management: Develop, implement, and maintain standardized BIM protocols and workflows to align with international best practices and company guidelines. Collaborate with project teams to ensure consistent BIM execution across all phases—from conceptual design to handover.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the liaison between architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to resolve BIM-related conflicts, ensuring data accuracy and project continuity. Facilitate cross-disciplinary coordination to optimize clash detection, model integration, and constructability reviews.
• Technical Leadership: Leverage advanced BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD) to create and manage 3D models, schedules, and documentation. Provide technical guidance to junior team members and ensure adherence to industry standards like COBie, IFC, and BIM Level 2 requirements.
• Quality Assurance & Compliance: Conduct rigorous model reviews to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and sustainability criteria. Implement quality control measures to maintain data integrity and project deliverables.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance BIM processes through automation, AI-driven tools, or emerging technologies. Contribute to the evolution of Parsons’ digital infrastructure strategies to stay ahead in the competitive construction landscape.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare comprehensive BIM execution plans (BEP), progress reports, and training materials to support project teams and stakeholders. Ensure all documentation aligns with project goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., BIM Manager, LEED AP, or Revit certification) is a significant advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in BIM coordination, preferably within large-scale infrastructure, commercial, or industrial projects. Familiarity with Saudi Arabia’s construction landscape and local regulations is highly beneficial.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard tools. Strong knowledge of IFC, COBie, and BIM collaboration platforms (e.g., BIM 360, Procore). Experience with 4D/5D BIM (scheduling and cost modeling) is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment and adapt to the fast-paced demands of global projects.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is required. Arabic language skills are an asset but not mandatory.
