Key Responsibilities:

• System Design and Development: Lead the design and development of flight simulator systems, integrating hardware, software, and human factors to create highly accurate and engaging training environments. Utilize industry-leading tools and methodologies to ensure simulators align with FAA, EASA, and other international aviation standards.
• Technical Specifications: Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical specifications for new simulator projects, ensuring they meet performance, safety, and regulatory compliance requirements. Conduct thorough analysis to identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges.
• Software and Hardware Integration: Work closely with software developers and hardware engineers to integrate complex systems, including motion platforms, visual systems, audio systems, and avionics. Ensure seamless interoperability and high fidelity in simulation outputs.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of evolving aviation regulations and industry best practices. Ensure all simulator systems undergo rigorous testing and certification processes to meet or exceed regulatory standards.
