Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of design tasks that align with our company’s goals and brand standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Brand Development: Collaborate with our marketing and branding teams to create and maintain a cohesive visual identity for LOGIC Consulting. This includes designing logos, brand guidelines, and marketing collateral that effectively communicate our mission and values.
• Visual Content Creation: Develop engaging and visually appealing graphics for various platforms, including social media, websites, presentations, and print materials. Your designs should be both aesthetically pleasing and strategically aligned with our communication objectives.
• Digital Design: Design and optimize digital assets such as infographics, banners, and interactive elements for web and mobile applications. Ensure that all designs are responsive and user-friendly across different devices.
• Print and Collateral Design: Produce high-quality print materials such as brochures, reports, posters, and corporate stationery that reflect our professional standards and brand image.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and communications, to ensure that design projects are executed on time and in line with strategic goals. Act as a creative partner to translate complex ideas into visually compelling solutions.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance our visual content and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess a blend of technical expertise and creative flair. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. A portfolio that showcases your design skills and creativity is a must.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in brand development, digital design, and print media.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or other design platforms. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web design principles is a plus.
• Creative Abilities: A keen eye for detail, strong conceptual thinking, and the ability to translate ideas into visually striking designs. Your portfolio should reflect versatility and innovation across various design disciplines.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
