In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will include:

• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify, engage, and nurture business-to-business relationships with potential clients, including cafés, restaurants, hotels, corporate clients, and distributors. Develop and maintain strong partnerships to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
• Market Expansion: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging opportunities in the Saudi Arabian coffee industry. Leverage insights to tailor sales strategies that align with client needs and market trends.
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Set and exceed sales targets by delivering compelling presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
• Product Knowledge & Demonstration: Deeply understand Toby’s Estate Coffee Roasters’ product offerings, including our premium coffee blends, roasting techniques, and brand story. Use this expertise to educate clients and differentiate our products in a competitive market.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and provide regular updates to management. Use data-driven insights to refine approaches and optimize results.
