Registered Nurse – Outpatient Clinical Care Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Advocate for Patient Education and Empowerment: Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, and preventive care—both in-person and via telephonic consultations. Foster informed decision-making and long-term adherence to therapeutic regimens.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance and Safety: Maintain strict adherence to all regulatory frameworks, including OSHA, FDA, and HIPAA guidelines, to safeguard patient confidentiality, workplace safety, and operational integrity. Uphold ethical standards in all clinical and administrative processes.
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work seamlessly with physicians, allied health professionals, and support staff to optimize patient flow, streamline workflows, and enhance the overall outpatient experience.
• Document and Monitor Care Effectively: Accurately record patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records (EHR), ensuring data integrity and accessibility for interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited national or international university, or an equivalent diploma. A strong academic foundation in nursing science is essential for this role.
• Licensure and Certification: Possess a valid professional nursing license issued by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS). For non-Saudi candidates, a transferable Iqama (residency permit) is mandatory.
• Clinical Experience: While not mandatory, a background in specialized outpatient settings such as Dental, Ophthalmology, or Operating Room (OR) nursing is highly preferred. Experience in these domains will enhance your ability to thrive in our diverse patient population.
