What You’ll Do

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Creating Memorable First and Last Impressions: Greet guests with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring their arrival and departure are seamless and memorable.
• Proactive Guest Engagement: Anticipate and fulfill guest needs with initiative, whether it’s handling operational requests, providing local recommendations, or resolving concerns with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Operational Excellence: Manage administrative tasks, complete reports, and coordinate with internal teams to maintain the highest standards of service and efficiency.
• Cultural Ambassador: Share the rich tapestry of Riyadh’s culture, history, and hidden gems, enriching guests’ experiences and fostering connections.
• Physical Engagement: Remain active throughout your shift, standing, walking, and moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds independently or assisting with heavier items up to 75 pounds when necessary.
