Reporting directly to the General Manager Finance, you will collaborate with a high-performing team to refine financial processes, enhance decision-making, and drive operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

As the Finance Manager, your strategic influence will be central to the success of the Leed Group. Your responsibilities will include:

• Financial Leadership: Own the monthly Group financial reporting and consolidation process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and commercial relevance. Review and challenge financial results, balance sheets, and management accounts to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Audit and Compliance: Lead the annual external audit process, ensuring seamless coordination and adherence to regulatory standards. Serve as the primary finance liaison for external stakeholders, fostering transparent and professional relationships.
• Tax and Financial Control: Oversee all corporate and Group tax matters, maintaining compliance and optimising financial outcomes. Strengthen balance sheet ownership and financial controls to mitigate risks and enhance governance.
• Process Innovation: Drive continuous improvement in finance systems and processes, including SAP, Workbench, and Sharperlight, to streamline operations and boost productivity.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with operational and corporate stakeholders, aligning financial strategies with business objectives and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Who You Are

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional with a proven track record of excellence and a passion for driving financial strategy. Ideal candidates will possess:

• A CA or CPA qualification, coupled with 6–10+ years of relevant accounting experience in a dynamic, multi-site environment.
• Expertise in Group reporting and consolidation, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to financial integrity.
• Hands-on experience in managing or coordinating external audits, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under pressure.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, enabling you to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
