Your Key Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the **Finance Manager**, your role will be central to maintaining financial integrity and operational excellence across diverse business units. Key responsibilities include:

• Global Financial Reporting & Compliance: Lead and support the monthly reporting cycle, conducting rigorous reviews of financial data from overseas entities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to international standards.
• Cross-Border Collaboration: Partner with international finance teams to align financial processes, resolve discrepancies, and maintain seamless data integrity across multiple jurisdictions.
• Audit & Tax Compliance: Assist in ensuring full compliance with audit requirements and tax regulations, mitigating risks and optimising financial governance.
• Financial Planning & Analysis: Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives, providing stakeholders with insightful analysis to support strategic business decisions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Present complex financial data clearly and concisely to executives, ensuring alignment between financial strategy and business objectives.
• Process & Systems Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance financial controls, systems, and workflows, driving operational efficiency across the region.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical professional with a strong foundation in finance and a passion for global business. Ideal candidates will possess:

• A **degree in Accounting or Finance**, complemented by **CA/CPA qualification (or in progress)**.
• **3+ years of relevant experience**, ideally from a **Big 4 audit background** or a comparable technical finance environment, where precision and compliance are paramount.
• **Advanced Excel proficiency**, including financial modelling, data analysis, and automation.
• A **sharp analytical mindset** with the ability to manage competing deadlines and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Exceptional **communication skills**, enabling you to translate financial insights into actionable strategies.
• **Fluent Mandarin**—essential for seamless engagement with regional stakeholders and operations.
