• Backup Operations & Monitoring: Oversee and support backup operations using industry-leading solutions such as **Dell PowerProtect Data Manager (PPDM), Networker, and Data Domain**, ensuring data is securely backed up and recoverable when needed.
• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve backup failures, alerts, and storage-related issues with a proactive and methodical approach. Utilize your technical expertise to identify root causes and implement corrective measures promptly.
• Storage Administration: Perform basic administration and monitoring of **Dell PowerMax and PowerScale** storage systems, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and scalability of storage resources.
• SAN & Networking Support: Monitor and troubleshoot **SAN switches and connectivity issues**, ensuring seamless data transfer and storage accessibility across the infrastructure.
• Incident Management & Documentation: Conduct daily health checks of storage and backup systems, log incidents, escalate complex issues to higher-tier teams as needed, and maintain comprehensive documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Collaboration & Escalation: Work closely with **L3 support teams** to resolve intricate storage and backup challenges, ensuring a smooth escalation process and timely resolution of critical issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications
