Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision & Execution: Oversee the daily implementation of fit-out, renovation, and maintenance projects, ensuring work is completed **safely, on schedule, and to exact specifications**. Conduct rigorous site inspections to verify workmanship, material usage, and adherence to technical drawings and project documentation. Act as the on-site technical authority, resolving issues independently while escalating complex challenges to senior leadership.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine project plans, schedules, and material requirements. Monitor progress meticulously, documenting daily updates, progress photos, punch lists, and handover records to maintain transparency and accountability. Coordinate logistics—including material deliveries, equipment deployment, and subcontractor activities—to minimize delays and optimize resource allocation.
• Maintenance Oversight: Manage both **routine and emergency maintenance tasks** dispatched through a centralized system, ensuring timely resolution within agreed-upon response times. Conduct post-completion inspections to validate work quality before final sign-off. Identify recurring issues and propose proactive solutions to enhance long-term facility performance.
• Workforce Coordination: Lead two Foremen and their multi-trade crews (civil, electrical, plumbing, and finishing), assigning daily tasks in alignment with operational priorities. Monitor productivity, attendance, and overtime while providing **on-the-job coaching and technical mentorship** to elevate crew performance. Address performance gaps with constructive feedback and corrective action plans.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce stringent safety protocols across all assigned sites, delivering regular **toolbox talks and pre-work safety briefings**. Document and investigate incidents promptly, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company safety policies. Foster a culture of accountability where zero incidents are the ultimate goal.

What We’re Looking For

We seek a **highly motivated Site Engineer** with a proven track record in construction supervision, fit-out management, or facility maintenance. Ideal candidates will possess:

• A **Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering** or a **diploma in Construction Management**, complemented by **5 to 8 years of hands-on experience** in site supervision, project coordination, or maintenance leadership.
• **Demonstrable expertise** in managing **multi-trade crews**, including civil, electrical, plumbing, and finishing trades, with a strong ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and **Bill of Quantities (BOQs)**.
• Familiarity with **work order systems** and **preventive maintenance scheduling**, ensuring proactive issue resolution and minimal downtime.
• Experience in a **GCC environment** is highly preferred, with fluency in **English** as a mandatory requirement. Proficiency in **Arabic** is advantageous, while knowledge of **Hindi or Urdu** will further facilitate effective communication with the workforce.
