Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a blend of strategic relationship management, revenue generation, and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include:

• Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and expand relationships with affluent banking clients by understanding their financial goals, challenges, and preferences. Provide proactive, consultative, and personalized financial solutions that align with their needs and the bank’s offerings.
• Revenue and Profitability Growth: Achieve and surpass sales targets for both new and existing clients, ensuring sustained revenue growth and profitability. Drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives to maximize client value while maintaining a strong focus on credit quality and risk mitigation.
• Compliance and Credit Quality Assurance: Adhere strictly to departmental policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to ensure all transactions and client engagements are conducted in a controlled, consistent, and compliant manner. Actively contribute to maintaining a high-quality credit portfolio by assessing client risk profiles and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve productivity by aligning with international best practices. Proactively suggest innovations in processes and practices that align with the bank’s strategic objectives.
• Reporting and Analytics: Prepare accurate, timely, and insightful reports to support decision-making at both departmental and organizational levels. Leverage data-driven insights to refine client strategies and contribute to the bank’s overall performance metrics.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, risk management, and compliance, to ensure seamless execution of client strategies and operational excellence.

Qualifications and Experience
