We are seeking a dedicated and highly competent Flagman to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for guiding and managing traffic flow on-site with precision, ensuring the seamless and secure movement of personnel, equipment, and vehicles. Your expertise will be instrumental in mitigating risks, preventing accidents, and upholding strict safety protocols—particularly within the framework of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) rules of SATORP (Safe Approach, Observation, Right of Way, and Permit System).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Traffic Coordination: Direct and regulate on-site traffic with unwavering attention to detail, ensuring smooth and safe operations in high-traffic environments.
• Safety Advocacy: Act as a proactive safety advocate, enforcing adherence to all safety protocols and ensuring compliance with HSE regulations and SATORP guidelines.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of PPE standards, ensuring proper usage and adherence to safety equipment requirements at all times.
• Training and Development: Actively participate in mandatory safety and technical training programs, as well as competency-based training initiatives, to maintain and enhance your expertise.
• Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with project teams, supervisors, and stakeholders to foster a culture of safety and operational excellence.

To excel in this role, you will bring:

• Proven Experience: A minimum of three years of experience as a Flagman or in a similar traffic control or safety coordination capacity, with a demonstrated ability to operate in high-pressure environments.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth understanding of HSE protocols, SATORP procedures, and PPE requirements, with the ability to apply this knowledge effectively in dynamic operational settings.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus on safety, precision, and compliance, ensuring that every movement on-site adheres to the highest standards.
• Adaptability and Resilience: The capacity to thrive in fast-paced, unpredictable environments while maintaining composure and professionalism.
• Team Orientation: A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
