Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with international accounting standards (IFRS) and local regulatory requirements. Ensure timely and accurate reporting to support compliance and audit processes.
• General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Monitor and resolve discrepancies to uphold financial transparency.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis to support operational and strategic planning.
• Tax Preparation and Advisory: Collaborate with tax consultants to ensure timely and accurate tax filings, while providing advisory on tax implications for business decisions.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Present findings to management with clear recommendations for improvement.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and propose innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a trusted financial advisor to internal teams and external partners, fostering strong relationships through clear communication and expertise.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (a Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in accounting, financial reporting, or a related discipline.
• Proven expertise in IFRS and local Saudi financial regulations.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software, including SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CIA are highly advantageous.
