Key Responsibilities:

Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of facility management duties, including:

• Facility Operations & Maintenance: Lead the maintenance and upkeep of all facility assets, including HVAC systems, electrical infrastructure, plumbing, and building systems, ensuring optimal performance and longevity. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Space Planning & Optimization: Work closely with stakeholders to manage space allocation, occupancy, and utilization, ensuring alignment with business needs while maximizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and industry standards to mitigate risks and ensure a secure working environment for all personnel.
• Sustainability Initiatives: Drive eco-friendly practices by implementing energy-saving measures, waste reduction programs, and sustainable facility solutions that align with ALSTOM’s corporate sustainability goals.
• Vendor & Contract Management: Oversee relationships with external service providers, including maintenance contractors, cleaning services, and utility vendors, to ensure high-quality service delivery and cost control.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational enhancements, leveraging data-driven insights and best practices to streamline facility management processes and reduce downtime.
• Emergency Preparedness: Develop and maintain emergency response plans, conduct regular drills, and ensure rapid, effective action in the event of facility-related incidents.
