As an Assistant Manager in the Learning & Advisory team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive training programs tailored to meet the evolving needs of Fragomen’s diverse workforce. In this position, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership, HR partners, and cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps, develop impactful training interventions, and measure their effectiveness. Key responsibilities include:

• Program Design & Development: Lead the creation of innovative learning programs, workshops, and e-learning modules that address current and future business needs, ensuring alignment with Fragomen’s strategic goals.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with senior management and HR teams to assess learning requirements, gather feedback, and tailor solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
• Training Delivery & Facilitation: Conduct high-impact training sessions, both in-person and virtually, leveraging best practices in adult learning theory to maximize engagement and knowledge retention.
• Performance & Impact Measurement: Develop and implement robust evaluation frameworks to track the success of learning initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine and enhance future programs.
• Cultural & Organizational Development: Contribute to Fragomen’s learning culture by promoting a growth mindset, mentorship, and continuous upskilling across all levels of the organization.
• Technology & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends in learning technologies, leveraging digital tools and platforms to enhance accessibility and scalability of training programs.

What we’re looking for:

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Training, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Advanced degrees are a plus.
• Proven experience in learning and development, training program management, or instructional design—preferably in a corporate or international setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective learning solutions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to engage diverse audiences at all levels of the organization.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools is highly advantageous.
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for driving organizational growth through employee development.
