As the Senior Project Controls Manager, you will play a critical role in aligning project objectives with organizational goals while fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing project performance, minimizing delays, and maintaining budgetary discipline—key factors in delivering high-impact projects for clients in the Middle East and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Project Oversight: Lead the development and execution of project controls strategies, including scheduling, cost management, and risk assessment, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Advanced Planning & Scheduling: Utilize industry-leading tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar software to create and maintain detailed project schedules, track progress, and identify potential bottlenecks.
• Cost & Budget Management: Monitor project expenditures, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions to mitigate cost overruns while ensuring financial transparency and accountability.
• Risk & Contingency Planning: Conduct thorough risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure robust contingency plans are in place to address unforeseen challenges.
• Stakeholder & Team Leadership: Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to align expectations, resolve conflicts, and drive cross-functional teamwork.
• Performance Reporting & Analytics: Generate comprehensive reports on project health, KPIs, and performance metrics to inform decision-making and enhance project outcomes.
• Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and Parsons’ internal policies while continuously improving project controls methodologies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in **Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field** (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of **10+ years of experience** in project controls, with a strong background in large-scale infrastructure, oil & gas, or industrial projects.
• Proven expertise in **scheduling (Primavera P6, MS Project), cost management, and risk assessment** tools and techniques.
• Experience working in **Saudi Arabia or the Middle East** is a significant advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Certifications such as **PMP, PMI-SP, or CAPM** are highly desirable.
• Fluency in **English** (Arabic is a plus).
