In this strategic position, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, developers, and business stakeholders, to architect and implement scalable integration solutions using IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) and IBM Integration Bus (IIB). As a Senior Integration Developer, you will leverage your expertise to:

• Design and develop high-performance integration solutions using IBM ACE and IIB, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
• Lead integration projects from conception to deployment, aligning technical strategies with business objectives to deliver scalable and future-proof solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve intricate integration issues, leveraging advanced debugging techniques and performance optimization tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
• Implement best practices in integration governance, security, and compliance to mitigate risks and ensure data integrity.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in banking systems integration, with hands-on experience in IBM ACE/IIB, message brokers, and middleware technologies. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Groovy), experience with cloud-based integration platforms, and a deep understanding of banking protocols (e.g., SWIFT, ISO 20022) are highly advantageous.
