Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of technical and commercial responsibilities, ensuring both technical integrity and business growth:

• Network Architecture & Infrastructure Management: Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive network solutions, including enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and data center networks. Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance across hybrid environments to meet evolving business demands.
• Wireless Network Optimization: Deploy and optimize enterprise wireless networks, leveraging Aruba and Huawei Wi-Fi 7 technologies, to deliver seamless coverage, capacity, and performance. Manage wireless controllers, access points, RF optimization, roaming, and guest services to enhance user experience.
• Voice & Unified Communications: Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot VoIP and Unified Communications infrastructure, including IP telephony, SIP protocols, QoS policies, and voice gateways. Ensure crystal-clear communication and seamless integration with collaboration platforms.
• Security & Access Control: Implement and manage Network Access Control (NAC) solutions to enforce secure authentication, user access policies, and network segmentation. Protect critical assets while maintaining operational fluidity.
• Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end network infrastructure projects, from branch connectivity and headquarters deployments to migrations and technology upgrades. Drive adoption of innovative solutions that align with business objectives.
• Documentation & Compliance: Develop and maintain detailed network diagrams, technical documentation, operational procedures, and compliance standards to ensure transparency and repeatable success.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with vendors, ISPs, and service providers to resolve technical challenges and implement scalable solutions. Act as a liaison between technical teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
• Client-Centric Growth: Take ownership of client accounts by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling advanced services and solutions. Act as a trusted advisor, building enduring relationships and ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
• Sales & Business Development Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, aligning technical capabilities with market demands.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you will bring a blend of technical expertise, commercial insight, and a customer-focused mindset:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., Cisco, Aruba, Juniper) are a significant advantage.
• Technical Proficiency:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT projects, with a focus on network infrastructure, wireless technologies, and unified communications.
• Deep familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and proficiency in project tracking tools.
• Expertise in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, or equivalent platforms, including routing, switching, and wireless controllers.
• Experience managing VoIP, SIP, QoS, and voice gateway systems in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of network security, NAC, and wireless optimization principles.
• Commercial Acumen:
• Proven ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining client satisfaction and retention.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English (both spoken and written).
• Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term client relationships and business growth.
