Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will include:

• Design and Develop Gen AI-Powered Solutions: Architect and implement generative AI models and prompt frameworks tailored to business needs, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Advanced AI Analysis and Logic: Develop sophisticated AI logic to identify recurring patterns, detect systemic issues, and analyze data across diverse sources for actionable insights.
• Quality and Scoring Model Development: Build robust AI-driven scoring models to evaluate assessment reports (0–100%) against predefined criteria, ensuring consistency and reliability.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers: Work closely with data engineering teams to access and integrate structured and unstructured assessment data, leveraging vector databases for semantic search and contextual retrieval.
• Continuous Model Optimization: Refine AI outputs through iterative processes, including user query analysis, UAT feedback, and prompt engineering to enhance model accuracy and performance.
• Post-Deployment Validation and Monitoring: Support go-live validation, performance monitoring, and ongoing improvements to ensure AI solutions deliver sustained value and accuracy.

Required Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess:

• 4+ Years of Experience: Proven expertise in **Data Science or Applied AI**, with a strong focus on generative AI, LLMs, and NLP techniques.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with **Gen AI/ LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows**, along with familiarity with **vector databases** and **RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures**.
• Business-AI Translation: Ability to translate complex **business rules and evaluation frameworks** into scalable AI logic, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Analytical and Explanatory Mindset: Strong analytical skills with a commitment to justifying AI outputs to stakeholders, fostering trust and transparency in decision-making.

Desirable Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following will strengthen your candidacy:

• Enterprise Assessment/Audit Experience: Prior work in **enterprise assessment, audit, or performance management systems** to understand industry-specific challenges.
