Key Responsibilities

As a Pharmacist at Whites, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate dispensing, administration, and management of medications while providing invaluable guidance to customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Patient-Centric Consultations: Deliver expert advice on health issues, symptoms, and medications to customers, ensuring they receive accurate, compassionate, and evidence-based guidance.
• Prescription Management: Process and dispense prescriptions with precision, adhering to strict legal and ethical standards to guarantee patient safety and treatment efficacy.
• Inventory and Stock Control: Oversee the ordering, stocking, labeling, and monitoring of pharmaceutical products to prevent expiration, deterioration, or stock shortages, maintaining optimal supply chain efficiency.
• Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure full compliance with all regulations set forth by the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA), including legal guidelines, ethical practices, and procedural requirements.
• Customer Engagement: Actively listen to customer inquiries, understand their healthcare needs, and provide tailored advice to enhance their well-being and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications and Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution, demonstrating a strong foundation in pharmaceutical sciences and healthcare principles.
• Professional Licensure: A valid license to practice pharmacy in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, ensuring legal eligibility to perform pharmaceutical duties.
• Clinical Knowledge: A thorough understanding of dosage administration, chemical compounds, and medical brands, enabling you to provide accurate and reliable pharmaceutical services.
• Flexibility and Adaptability: The ability to work across multiple locations in Riyadh and adapt to varying shifts, reflecting our commitment to providing round-the-clock healthcare support.
• Preferred Experience: While prior work experience is not mandatory, candidates with relevant pharmacy experience are strongly encouraged to apply, as it enhances their ability to contribute effectively from day one.
