In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our GL segment hierarchy accurately reflects the latest organizational changes, working closely with IT, HR, and ERP support teams to streamline processes and maintain data integrity. Your analytical mindset and collaborative approach will be instrumental in bridging the gap between financial reporting and real-time organizational updates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead GL Segment Hierarchy Maintenance: Collaborate with IT to implement and maintain updates to the General Ledger segment hierarchy, ensuring it remains aligned with the current organizational structure. This involves meticulous tracking of changes and validating their accuracy within the financial system.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with the HR Department to ensure seamless integration between new organizational hierarchies and financial structures. Your role will be key in verifying that department codes and related financial data are captured with absolute precision.
• ERP System Coordination: Work closely with the ERP support team to provide expert guidance during the creation, testing, and deployment of updated hierarchies. Your insights will ensure smooth system implementation and minimize disruptions to financial operations.
• Data Integrity and Accuracy: Oversee the validation of department codes and financial data to eliminate discrepancies, ensuring that reporting remains reliable and actionable for stakeholders.
• Strategic Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between finance, HR, and IT teams to address challenges proactively and maintain alignment on organizational and financial priorities.

Requirements:

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in ERP finance roles, equipped with the following qualifications:

• 5+ Years of Experience: A minimum of five years of hands-on experience in maintaining and enhancing department segment hierarchies within ERP systems, with a strong focus on General Ledger structures.
• Financial and Organizational Expertise: Deep understanding of how organizational hierarchies impact financial reporting, including experience working with GL segment hierarchies and ensuring data accuracy in financial systems.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with HR, finance, and IT teams to align organizational changes with financial processes. Experience ensuring department codes and related data are accurately captured and validated.
• ERP System Proficiency: Familiarity with ERP platforms and experience coordinating with ERP support teams to implement system updates, deploy new hierarchies, and troubleshoot technical challenges.
• Analytical and Communication Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies and propose solutions, coupled with excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.
