Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will span across core financial functions, ensuring both operational precision and strategic foresight:

• Financial Reporting & Compliance: Act as a critical partner in the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, ensuring adherence to IFRS standards and internal policies. Prepare and validate financial reports, schedules, and reconciliations with meticulous accuracy, while maintaining seamless alignment between reporting systems and ERP (SAP) platforms. Contribute to the development of management reports and interactive financial dashboards that empower leadership with real-time insights.
• FP&A & Financial Planning: Play an active role in crafting annual budgets and periodic forecasts, utilizing advanced financial modeling techniques to assess scenarios, conduct sensitivity analyses, and evaluate performance against targets. Provide analytical support to the Financial Controller and executive leadership, ensuring that financial strategies are both data-backed and aligned with business objectives.
• Business Performance Optimization: Dive deep into revenue, cost structures, margins, profitability, and working capital to identify trends, variances, and key performance drivers. Support ad-hoc financial analyses for management, offering tailored insights by product, project, customer segment, or business unit to drive informed decision-making.
• Governance & Risk Mitigation: Strengthen financial controls and compliance frameworks by maintaining robust documentation and audit trails for all transactions. Collaborate with internal and external auditors, addressing queries promptly and ensuring seamless compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Accounting & IFRS Expertise: Ensure financial data adheres to IFRS guidelines, assisting in the preparation of accounting schedules and conducting technical reviews where necessary. Help maintain meticulously organized and well-documented accounting records to support transparency and accountability.
• ERP & Process Innovation: Leverage SAP or other ERP systems to extract, validate, and analyze financial data with precision. Contribute to process improvements by enhancing reporting templates, automating workflows, and optimizing system efficiency. Participate in finance system enhancements and testing to ensure scalability and accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills

We are seeking a motivated finance professional with a strong foundation in financial analysis, coupled with a passion for continuous learning and excellence. Ideal candidates will possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with a preference for candidates pursuing or holding professional certifications such as CPA, SOCPA, or CMA.
• 1–4 years of hands-on experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or financial analysis, with exposure to budgeting, forecasting, reporting, or financial modeling.
• Proven proficiency in IFRS and financial reporting principles, along with a deep understanding of key financial statements and performance metrics.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, data analysis, and the ability to create dynamic financial tools.
• A keen analytical mindset, coupled with strong communication and collaboration skills, to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and leadership.
