Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will:

• Lead IT Risk Assessments: Conduct comprehensive risk evaluations to identify vulnerabilities, threats, and emerging risks across IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operational processes. Develop actionable mitigation strategies to minimize exposure and enhance resilience.
• Monitor and Report Risk Exposure: Continuously track risk trends, vulnerabilities, and compliance gaps, providing clear, data-backed insights to senior management and stakeholders. Present risk findings through structured reports and dashboards to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Ensure Regulatory and Framework Compliance: Align RMG’s risk management practices with globally recognized frameworks such as CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control), ISO 31000 (Risk Management Principles and Guidelines), or equivalent standards. Stay abreast of evolving industry regulations and best practices to maintain compliance.
• Develop and Implement Risk Policies: Design, document, and enforce robust risk management policies, procedures, and controls tailored to RMG’s operational needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed risk awareness into business processes.
• Support Audits and Risk Reviews: Act as a key liaison during internal and external audits, providing technical expertise and evidence to validate risk controls. Participate in risk review workshops to refine strategies and improve organizational agility.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience in IT risk management, with a proven track record of identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks in complex IT environments. Familiarity with enterprise risk management (ERM) methodologies is essential.
• Certifications: Hold a recognized risk credential such as CRISC, ISO 31000 certification, or equivalent. Additional certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are highly advantageous.
• Analytical and Reporting Skills: Strong ability to analyze risk data, interpret trends, and communicate findings effectively through reports, presentations, and visualizations. Proficiency in risk management tools (e.g., RSA Archer, MetricStream) is a significant asset.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred, enabling seamless collaboration with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
