Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership in Maintenance Operations: Direct the execution of **preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance** for high-impact electrical equipment, including transformers, circuit breakers, distribution panels, medium/high-voltage switches, and protection/control systems. Develop and enforce **comprehensive maintenance schedules** that adhere to Saudi Energy (SE) standards and industry best practices.
• Technical Excellence and Problem-Solving: Conduct **root cause analysis** for electrical faults, diagnose system failures, and propose **data-driven technical solutions** to minimize downtime and enhance equipment lifespan. Stay updated on the latest **technical testing protocols** (insulation testing, resistance measurements, protection system validation) and ensure accurate documentation of results.
• Team Management and Performance Oversight: Supervise and mentor **field teams**, delegate tasks efficiently, and monitor performance to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met. Foster a **culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement** among team members.
• Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Collaborate closely with **Saudi Energy representatives** to ensure full compliance with contractual requirements, technical specifications, and regulatory frameworks. Prepare and submit **detailed technical reports**, fault analyses, and maintenance summaries to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
• Project Handover and Documentation: Actively participate in the **technical handover of new projects**, reviewing blueprints, schematics, and documentation to identify potential risks and ensure smooth transitions. Contribute to the **continuous improvement** of maintenance processes through feedback and innovation.
• Safety and Resource Management: Enforce **strict occupational health and safety protocols** to protect personnel and equipment during maintenance activities. Optimize **spare parts and material inventory** to support uninterrupted operations and reduce costs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: A **Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering** (or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Professional Experience: **Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience** in **electrical equipment maintenance**, with a strong preference for candidates with **direct exposure to Saudi Energy (SE) projects or similar energy sector initiatives**.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of **SE standards, regulations, and best practices**. Proven experience working with **medium and high-voltage systems (13.8kV, 33kV, 132kV)** is highly advantageous.
• Certifications: Active **membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)**.
• Language Proficiency: **Fluent in both Arabic and English** (spoken and written) to facilitate effective communication with clients, teams, and regulatory bodies.
• Mobility and Logistics: Valid **driving license** and willingness to **travel between project sites** across the Central Region as required.
