Key Responsibilities

You will lead the charge in transforming STAY’s marketing landscape through AI-driven solutions, ensuring every campaign and creative asset aligns with our brand’s bold, monochrome aesthetic. Your role will encompass:

• AI-Powered Content Creation: Harness advanced AI tools—such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, and Canva AI—to generate, refine, and develop high-impact marketing content, including images, videos, and social media assets tailored to our Instagram audience (@liveatstay).
• Innovation & Workflow Optimization: Prototype and evaluate emerging AI technologies, recommending scalable solutions to streamline workflows and enhance productivity for the marketing team.
• Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end execution of digital campaigns across Instagram, Meta Ads, and Google Ads, managing budgets, targeting, ad formats (carousel, image, and video), and performance monitoring to ensure optimal results.
• Collaborative Partnerships: Coordinate with external agencies—including AI/video production firms and creative partners—to deliver polished, on-brand content while maintaining tight deadlines.
• Branding & Field Execution: Manage the production and installation of STAY’s branding and signage across properties in Riyadh, conducting site visits to verify compliance with our high standards.
• Operational Efficiency: Alleviate the Marketing Manager’s workload by handling tasks independently, from briefing to final delivery, while ensuring timely performance reporting and creative approvals.

What You’ll Bring

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, proactive professional with a passion for digital marketing and a knack for leveraging AI to drive results. Ideal candidates will possess:

• 1–2 Years of Marketing Experience: Prior experience in marketing, digital advertising, or a related field (internships count).
• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both Arabic and English to engage with diverse stakeholders and audiences.
• AI & Digital Savvy: Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation, editing, and marketing, with a willingness to quickly master new platforms.
• Ad Platform Expertise: Proficiency in Instagram, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads, including campaign setup, targeting, and performance analysis.
• Design & Visual Acuity: Basic design skills (preferably with Canva or Adobe tools) and a keen eye for visual consistency and branding.
• Multitasking & Organization: Ability to juggle multiple campaigns, agency collaborations, and site visits without compromising quality or deadlines.
• Field-Ready Mindset: Willingness to conduct on-site visits in Riyadh or relocate if needed to ensure branding standards are met.
