Your Impact

In this pivotal role, you will lead the design, planning, and execution of complex road and highway infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Your expertise will be instrumental in:

• Developing and overseeing the design of roads, highways, and related infrastructure, including geometric layouts, traffic flow analysis, grading, intersections, junctions, and pavement systems.
• Conducting and reviewing advanced engineering analyses—such as horizontal/vertical alignment, drainage solutions, and structural assessments—to optimize project performance.
• Ensuring full compliance with KSA’s technical codes, standards, and regulatory frameworks, while aligning designs with global best practices.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams—including project managers, architects, and other engineering disciplines—to integrate road networks seamlessly into broader infrastructure developments.
• Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
• Acting as a key liaison between ARX, government authorities, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met with precision and efficiency.
• Delivering high-quality engineering documentation, reports, and technical deliverables that drive project success.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Roads Engineer with a proven track record in infrastructure development, particularly within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Ideal candidates will possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, complemented by a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in roads and highways, with at least 3 years specifically in KSA.
• Deep expertise in road and highway design, including geometric modeling, traffic engineering, pavement analysis, and intersection/junction planning.
• Familiarity with KSA’s technical standards, including MoT (Ministry of Transport) regulations, and a commitment to adhering to both local and international best practices.
• Proficiency in industry-leading software such as Civil 3D, Autodesk Vehicle Tracking, and other BIM/CAD tools to streamline design and analysis processes.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines and stakeholders while mentoring junior team members.
• Fluency in English (mandatory); proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
