As an IT Supervisor at Avensys, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing a cohesive IT strategy that drives operational excellence and digital transformation. Reporting to senior management, you will oversee a diverse range of IT functions, from infrastructure and cybersecurity to ERP systems and vendor management, ensuring alignment with global standards while addressing local market demands. Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass strategic oversight and hands-on leadership across critical IT domains:

• IT Strategy & Governance: Design and implement a scalable IT strategy that supports business objectives, establishing standardized policies, procedures, and governance frameworks across subsidiaries. Advise leadership on IT investments, risks, and opportunities to ensure long-term alignment with organizational goals.
• Infrastructure & Operations: Lead the management of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud systems, and cybersecurity protocols. Ensure 24/7 system availability, performance, and reliability while supervising IT support services, helpdesk operations, and vendor partnerships to deliver exceptional service levels.
• Systems & Applications: Oversee ERP and business applications across multiple business units, ensuring seamless integration, data consistency, and cross-system interoperability. Drive system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements while collaborating with business units to select and deploy technology solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Cybersecurity & Risk Management: Develop and enforce robust information security policies, conduct regular risk assessments, and implement vulnerability testing and incident response plans. Protect digital assets and ensure compliance with global security standards while fostering a culture of cybersecurity awareness.
• Digital Transformation: Champion digital innovation by identifying automation opportunities, optimizing business processes, and promoting data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics tools. Stay ahead of emerging technologies to position the organization for competitive advantage.
• Budgeting & Vendor Management: Manage the IT budget with precision, balancing cost optimization with service quality. Procure IT systems, licenses, and services while negotiating contracts with vendors to secure the best value and performance.
