Your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Partner with the Hub Manager to develop and execute high-impact financial strategies that align with regional and global business priorities. Provide actionable financial insights to guide investment decisions, operational improvements, and long-term growth initiatives.
• Performance Optimization: Lead comprehensive business planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure financial targets are met while driving profitability and productivity gains. Implement robust performance management frameworks to monitor KPIs and mitigate risks proactively.
• Regional Team Development: Build and mentor a high-caliber Finance and Controlling team across diverse geographies, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. Nurture talent, enhance capabilities, and ensure adherence to best practices in financial governance and compliance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Influence senior stakeholders through clear, compelling financial narratives that support strategic objectives. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, bridging the gap between finance and operational teams to drive alignment and accountability.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure full compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Lead initiatives to strengthen risk management frameworks and implement continuous improvement processes that enhance operational resilience.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline, complemented by extensive experience in multinational environments.
• Proven leadership experience in managing regional or geographically dispersed teams, with a track record of driving performance and fostering talent development.
• Deep business acumen and the ability to influence senior stakeholders through strategic financial analysis and insightful decision-making.
• Relevant experience in the Energy, Industrial, or Engineering sectors, where you have successfully navigated complex financial challenges and delivered measurable results.
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills, enabling you to translate financial data into strategic recommendations and drive cross-functional collaboration.
