As a field-based Therapeutic Area Partner, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between Bristol Myers Squibb’s cutting-edge therapies and the healthcare professionals (HCPs) who shape patient care. This dynamic role requires a strategic, science-driven mindset and a deep commitment to advancing the appropriate and effective use of our products. You will serve as the primary liaison between BMS and key stakeholders, ensuring that our medical insights, clinical evidence, and therapeutic solutions are communicated with precision, clarity, and impact.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will span a broad spectrum of scientific engagement, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration, with a primary focus on hematology. As a TAP, you will:

• Drive Disease Awareness and Strategic Insights: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the hematology treatment landscape, including emerging therapies, clinical data, and evolving HCP needs. Synthesize complex clinical information to provide actionable insights that inform BMS’s strategic direction and support evidence-based decision-making.
• Facilitate Meaningful Scientific Engagement: Develop and execute a territory-specific plan aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring that all interactions with HCPs—including physicians, clinical pharmacists, and multidisciplinary teams—are scientifically rigorous, timely, and compliant with approved guidelines. Act as the go-to expert for product-related inquiries, delivering accurate, evidence-based responses that reinforce BMS’s commitment to medical excellence.
• Advocate for Product Enlistment and Access: Collaborate with hospital leadership, pharmacists, and treating physicians to identify and overcome barriers in the patient journey. Leverage your understanding of formulary processes to advocate for the inclusion of BMS products, ensuring timely access for patients who need them most. Present compelling economic and clinical value propositions to stakeholders, including government agencies and healthcare organizations, to drive adoption and utilization.
• Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and nurture strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including HEOR experts, compliance teams, and product managers. Align your activities with broader BMS objectives, ensuring that your initiatives contribute to the overarching strategic vision while addressing the unique challenges faced by HCPs in the field.
• Uphold the Highest Standards of Compliance: Adhere strictly to all internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines. Promote a culture of integrity and accountability, reporting any potential compliance concerns promptly and transparently to ensure the responsible and ethical promotion of BMS products.

This role demands a minimum of 90% field engagement, requiring you to travel extensively within Riyadh and surrounding regions to interact directly with HCPs, participate in medical meetings, and gather real-time insights.
