SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – EC, Payroll & Integrations

Join a dynamic and innovative global organization as a **SAP SuccessFactors Consultant**, specializing in Employee Central, Payroll, and integrations. In this full-time role based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia (with a 5-day office commitment), you will drive transformative solutions for enterprise-scale human capital management (HCM) implementations, ensuring seamless integration with multi-country payroll systems, including Saudi Arabia (KSA) and the UAE.

As a key member of our team, you will leverage your deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors to design, configure, and optimize end-to-end HCM solutions. Your responsibilities will span across Employee Central, Time Off, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), and Payroll Management and Governance Module (PMGM), while ensuring robust integrations with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in delivering scalable, high-performance HCM solutions that align with global regulatory and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Your expertise will be instrumental in the following critical areas:

• Employee Central Configuration and Implementation

Lead the configuration and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, ensuring seamless management of foundation objects, employee data, job information, employment details, and position management. Design and implement workflows, business rules, event derivations, and role-based permissions (RBP) to support a secure and efficient employee lifecycle. This includes handling hire-to-retire processes, organizational changes, and data migrations while ensuring compliance with global standards.

• Time Off Management and Integration

Configure and optimize SuccessFactors Time Off, including leave types, time accounts, accrual rules, eligibility criteria, and holiday calendars. Develop business rules and workflows to automate time-off processes while ensuring integration with Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll. Troubleshoot complex issues related to accruals, calculations, and integrations, ensuring adherence to country-specific statutory requirements.

• Multi-Country Payroll Leadership

Drive or support Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations with a strong focus on KSA and UAE payroll systems, including multi-country payroll environments. Configure and manage end-to-end payroll processes, including gross-to-net calculations, earnings, deductions, benefits, and absence integrations. Leverage your expertise in Payroll Control Center, Payroll Control Reports (PCRs), payroll schemas, and delta processing to ensure accurate and compliant payroll operations. Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable payroll solutions that meet global regulatory and business needs.

• Solution Design, Testing, and Deployment

Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices. Lead data migration efforts, conduct thorough testing (including UAT), and oversee deployments to production environments. Provide ongoing production support and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance, usability, and compliance.

• Integration and Cross-Module Expertise

Design and implement integrations between SuccessFactors modules and external systems, including SAP S/4HANA, to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency. Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize system performance to support global business operations.
