We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Social Media Content Creator & Video Editor to join our team full-time, based in Riyadh. This pivotal role focuses on developing and executing compelling content strategies that resonate with our audience across multiple social media platforms. You will be responsible for creating visually striking, engaging content—including short-form videos, stories, and static posts—that effectively communicates our brand values, services, and innovations.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a diverse range of creative and strategic tasks, including:

• Content Creation and Strategy: Develop and implement innovative content strategies tailored to each social media platform, ensuring alignment with Muder’s brand voice and marketing objectives. Brainstorm and execute content ideas that captivate our audience and drive engagement.
• Video Production and Editing: Script, film, and edit high-quality videos using industry-leading tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or mobile editing applications. Adapt content formats to suit platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and X, ensuring optimal reach and impact.
• Collaborative Campaign Development: Work closely with marketing and product teams to create content that supports campaigns, product launches, and app features. Ensure that all content reflects our brand’s vision and resonates with our target audience.
• Performance Analysis and Optimization: Monitor key performance metrics to assess the success of our content. Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies, enhance engagement, and maximize the effectiveness of our social media efforts.
• Community Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions with our audience through comments, messages, and other forms of engagement. Build and nurture a vibrant community around the Muder brand, enhancing visibility and loyalty.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms, ensuring that every piece of content aligns with Muder’s brand guidelines and aesthetic standards.

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for a creative professional with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for visual excellence. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Proven Expertise in Social Media Content Creation: A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to ideate, script, and produce engaging content that drives audience interaction and growth.
• Video Production and Editing Proficiency: Hands-on experience with video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or mobile editing tools. Familiarity with trends in short-form video content is a significant advantage.
• Platform-Specific Mastery: In-depth knowledge of managing and optimizing content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and X. Understanding of each platform’s unique algorithms and audience behaviors.
• Digital Marketing Acumen: Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles, including audience targeting, engagement strategies, and performance analytics. Ability to translate data into actionable insights for content improvement.
• Bilingual Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Arabic, with proficiency in English being a strong asset. Ability to convey ideas clearly and compellingly across diverse audiences.
• Creative and Detail-Oriented Mindset: A creative mindset with an unwavering attention to detail. Commitment to maintaining high standards of visual quality and brand consistency in all content.
• Collaborative and Adaptable: Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, adapt to evolving market trends, and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. On-site presence in Riyadh is required.
• Relevant Experience: Previous experience in social media management, content creation, or video editing is highly desirable. Experience within the tech or app-based services sector will be viewed favorably.
• Educational Background: While a Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, Film, or a related field is preferred, we also value strong portfolios and practical experience that demonstrate your capabilities.
