As the leader of our legal consultation function, you will be instrumental in ensuring that all commercial agreements—including special contracts, leases, consultancy agreements, and project-related terms—are executed with precision, compliance, and alignment with our organizational goals.

In this high-impact role, you will serve as the trusted legal advisor to stakeholders across KSIA projects and business functions, providing strategic guidance that mitigates risks, optimizes opportunities, and upholds the integrity of our operations. Your expertise will be critical in negotiating, administering, and governing contracts while navigating complex commercial risks and ensuring full compliance with legal and governance frameworks. Beyond contract management, you will play a key role in advising on high-stakes legal matters, including board-level guidance, ESG compliance, and cross-border partnerships, ensuring that our organization remains resilient and forward-thinking in an evolving regulatory landscape.

As the Manager – Legal Consultation, your responsibilities will span a broad spectrum of legal and commercial functions, including:

• Strategic Legal Advisory: Deliver expert legal consultation to internal stakeholders, representing the Legal function in cross-functional engagements and providing independent, actionable advice on both operational and strategic initiatives.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate legal risks associated with projects, initiatives, and operational activities. Develop and implement mitigation strategies that align with our risk tolerance and organizational objectives.
• Legal Opinions and Crisis Management: Provide timely legal opinions during operational disruptions or business challenges to protect our institutional interests and reputation. Ensure that legal guidance is both proactive and responsive to emerging issues.
• Compliance and Governance: Advise on the implementation of high-level legal opinions and board-level directives, ensuring strict adherence to legal and governance requirements. Review business models and investment structures to confirm compliance with applicable laws and industry standards.
• Strategic Insight for Long-Term Planning: Assess legal opportunities and constraints related to our airport’s long-term master plan, with a focus on infrastructure financing, data sovereignty, and emerging technologies. Offer strategic briefings to senior leadership on major commercial matters, ESG disclosure requirements, and international collaborations.
• Knowledge Management and Process Improvement: Develop and maintain comprehensive legal playbooks and advisory templates to ensure consistent, high-quality legal guidance across all corporate and commercial workstreams. Foster a culture of legal excellence through standardized processes and best practices.

We are seeking a **highly qualified legal professional** with a proven track record in contract management, legal advisory, and strategic risk mitigation. The ideal candidate will hold a **Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field**, coupled with **at least six years of relevant experience**, including a minimum of two years in a managerial capacity. While not mandatory, professional certifications such as World CC (IACCM), PMP, CIPS, MRICS, CCM, or equivalent Contract Management Certification are highly regarded and will strengthen your candidacy.
