Your responsibilities will span the entire data lifecycle—from establishing a structured **Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RACI)** to defining operational models that enhance data accountability, compliance, and accessibility. By integrating these tools with existing systems, you will ensure end-to-end data visibility, enabling stakeholders to leverage high-quality, trustworthy data for strategic initiatives.

Key to this role is the activation of the **business glossary and data dictionary**, embedding industry-leading policies and procedures, and designing scalable workflow processes. You will also develop and maintain **monitoring dashboards** within the Data Governance tool, providing real-time insights into data quality, lineage, and compliance status. Core Responsibilities:

• Data Governance Architecture: Design and implement a **RACI framework** to define clear roles and responsibilities for data stewardship, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.
• Tool Integration & Configuration: Deploy and configure **Informatica Data Catalog, Data Privacy Management (DPM), and Axon Data Governance** to create a unified data governance ecosystem. Ensure seamless connectivity with existing ETL pipelines and data warehousing solutions.
• Policy & Procedure Embedding: Develop and enforce **data policies, classification standards, and access controls** to safeguard sensitive information while enabling operational efficiency.
• Workflow & Process Optimization: Streamline data governance workflows, including metadata management, data lineage tracking, and automated compliance checks.
• Dashboard Development & Monitoring: Build and maintain **real-time dashboards** to track data quality metrics, governance compliance, and operational performance, providing actionable insights to leadership.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business units, IT teams, and compliance officers to ensure data governance initiatives are scalable, user-friendly, and aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications & Experience:
